We will travel to inspect the art in-person. If it is as expected, we will contact you to let you know that you are ok to proceed with your transaction. Once the transaction is complete, our envoy will collect the art, safely pack the art with industry-leading materials and secure safe transit of the artwork to you. We offer tailored, fully insured shipping options to match the value of the artwork. Whether buying or selling, we partner with trusted local packers and shippers to ensure careful handling at every stage.
We manage both collection and shipping/delivery, keeping you updated via phone, text, or video call throughout the process. You can trust us to handle your art with care and professionalism, ensuring safe, timely delivery to its final destination.
Our base fee is $1299 for this service. The client is responsible for reasonable travel expenses such as flight and hotel as well as packing/shipping costs. Fees may vary based on required distance traveled and time in destination.
Included in this service:
- In-Person Art Inspection Service: Our base service is included with all other services. In short, we will ensure that the art you are expecting is the art you are getting.

Transaction Clearance: We will contact you to let you know that you are ok to proceed with your transaction and send payment. We will remain in market until the transaction clears.
- Pre-Travel Condition Assessment: Inspecting the artwork for any visible damage such as tears, cracks, fading, discoloration, or stains. Documentation and photography is provided. Valuable for insurance purposes.
- Professional Collection and Handling: Our team of trained specialists carefully collects and takes possession of each piece of artwork. We treat every piece with the utmost care.
- Secure Custom Packaging: Each artwork is expertly packaged with archival-grade materials such as masonite, foam, bubble wrap, and custom-sized boxes to provide maximum protection during transport. For larger or more delicate pieces, we use custom crates designed to safeguard the artwork’s integrity.
- Preferred Couriers & Shipping Options: We work with trusted and experienced couriers who specialize in art transportation. You’ll have access to a range of shipping options, including expedited, insured, and climate-controlled services, tailored to your specific needs.
- Detailed Tracking Information: Throughout the shipping process, we provide real-time tracking so you can monitor the status of your artwork every step of the way. You’ll receive regular updates, ensuring you’re always informed about your shipment's progress.
- Optional Insurance for Peace of Mind: All shipments can be fully insured, covering the value of the artwork throughout the entire journey. This ensures that any unforeseen issues are swiftly addressed, providing you with peace of mind.
- Delivery: Upon arrival, your artwork is unloaded and placed at its intended location.
